“I’ve been on the Fount program for about a year and a half, and it’s been a complete game changer… my goals were to improve my focus, energy, and stress, and that it worked: they discovered and fixed my anemia, got my B-12, omega-3, testosterone, and fasting blood sugar in line, and gave me my energy back. Since then, I asked Fount to help me get back in shape. One year and another kid later, I’m 33 lbs lighter, my VO2 max increased from 38 to 53, my HRV hit an all-time high, and I’m running at below a 6:30/mile pace consistently.
Simply put: Fount Pro works.”
I began Fount after leading human performance and biotech strategy efforts for the U.S. military. Since then, I’ve worked with experts who’ve trained special operators and elite athletes to build the first truly comprehensive health and performance program available beyond these organizations.
At Fount, we offer a membership service that is designed to help you achieve your health and performance goals. Our program consists of several phases that are tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Each phase includes personalized coaching from one of Fount’s expert Performance Advisors. After conducting a baseline analysis in weeks 1-3, we move to our experiment cycles in week 4 and beyond, where we test N=1 interventions for efficacy and lifestyle fit.
The length and intensity of the experiment cycles will vary throughout your membership. At the beginning, the cycles are slightly more intense as we get you used to the Fount method while ensuring rapid improvement. From there, we’ll move on to longer experiment cycles, as certain strategies need longer time periods to show meaningful differences.
In this phase, we collect lab data and data on your sleep, stress, background, goals, habits, and more (including an interview). This information helps us get to know you better and set proper milestones for your goals. We’ll also help you with goal-setting, which is critical for long-term success.
We’ll introduce our first set of experiments and assess whether the intervention is effective, whether it produces any negative responses, and whether it’s engaging and integrated into your life. We’ll also help you develop habits around using the intervention while evaluating its efficacy.
If an intervention passes the introduction phase, we’ll dial in the dosage/intensity of the tool, which further reinforces new habits. At the end of this phase, we want hard data (via labs, wearables, and self-assessment) that this makes a difference.
We’ll turn off the intervention to see if it still makes a difference, as well as modulate its dose. It’s important to cycle interventions on and off, particularly supplements, which may not be ideal for constant exposure. This helps us find the minimum viable tools for your life — the smallest, lowest-effort ways to make meaningful progress toward your goals.
We’ll continue to evolve your interventions with your physiology and goals. In this phase, we work with you to discover unique combinations of tools to ensure that you keep making progress towards new goals.
Our expert coaches will conduct an in-depth analysis of your schedule, working habits, and areas where you experience energy and focus issues. We’ll then develop a series of protocols to address these specific areas, resetting your dopamine levels and training your brain for a stronger, sustained drive toward projects. Our optimization plan further helps you achieve a consistent flow state, while also maximizing your neuroplasticity for better skill acquisition and creativity.

N=1, or n of 1, experiments are the gold standard in medical evidence, surpassing observational studies and large-scale trials. In these experiments, you serve as your own control group, allowing us to compare your data before and after an intervention while receiving accelerated, qualitative feedback.
At Fount, we use experiments in multiple ways:
Diagnostics: The results of diagnostic experiments, such as elimination diets and stress tests, can uncover your food sensitivities, identify whether you’re a super-responder to an adaptogen, or reveal unique idiosyncrasies in your physiology.
Biofeedback: High performers know that having an intuitive sense of their own performance is key. Experiment data provides biofeedback to fine-tune your senses and better read signals from your body.
Aggregation: With results from thousands of individual experiments, as well as your own data, we create predictive models that help us understand how you’ll respond to various interventions, both individually and in combination.
Innovation: The Fount Pro platform pushes human capability forward by developing innovative products. Our most trusted members work with us to develop solutions like FlyKitt through collaborative problem-solving and iteration

Sleep is a foundational component of your overall health. It affects your mood, body composition, glucose regulation, athletic recovery, and your response to stress.
The mind and body are intricately linked, with a complex interplay between them. Bodily functions such as heart rate, gut health, and hormonal balance can significantly impact your mood and cognitive performance. Research also shows that mindset and mood can impact your entire physiology.
Our focus on nutrition and gut health is driven by the centrality of the gut to mental and physical performance. Inflammation in the gut and a disrupted microbiome affect how your brain processes information, your physical recovery, and your mood, with 90+% of our serotonin produced in the gut.
Your sex hormone and reproductive systems are key areas to optimize for improvements in your mood, body composition, risk of illness, and fertility – both now and in the future.
Identifying your sources of stress and developing strategies to manage them can mitigate negative impacts on your nervous system, sleep, metabolic health, and hormone balance.
